Shipping policy
We will process all orders within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will notify you again when your order has been shipped.
Once you have received your dispatch email please allow up to10 working days to receive your order.
Please be aware that processing and shipping times may be affected on occasion due to a high volume of orders or postal service delays that are outside of our control.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Ellie Mai Interiors 22 Derwent Road Malton YO17 6YB. After placing your order and selecting the 'local pickup' option at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with Instructions on how to collect.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am to 4pm from Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us: Sales@elliemai.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some couriers do not deliver to P. O. Boxes so if you are placing a large order and need it sending to a P. O. box please email us at Sales@elliemai.com before placing your order
Refunds, returns, and Exchanges

Due to the current circumstances, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will then be able to offer you a refund, exchange or credit note. Please see our full returns policy at the footer of our website for more details.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as at Sales@elliemai.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Again, please see our full returns policy for more details.

Items that are purchased in store can be returned to our store within 14 days of purchase in exchange for a credit note in store. The item/s must be in the same condition as received with proof of purchase.
If you purchase the items online and if you return your purchased item to us with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase date, we can offer you a refund, exchange or credit note for the purchase value of the product. Unfortunately we can not accept any returns after this period of time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return your product
To return your product, you should mail your product to Ellie Mai Interiors 22 Derwent Road Malton YO17 6YB
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend that you wrap the item up well as we are not responsible for processing your refund if the product returned to us arrives damaged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ninetoeleven.co.uk with photos of the defects/ damages and we will further instruct you to send your item toEllie Mai interiors 22 Derwent Road Malton YO17 6YB where it can be assessed.
